Dr. Hart is Board Certified in Family Medicine and has been practicing since graduating from Loma Linda University, Loma Linda, CA in 1990.  He has worked in Family Medicine for 26 years and Emergency medicine for 16 years.  Dr. Hart's unique background in medicine enables him to give high quality care to his patients.

Dr. Hart has lived all over the United States and has been in the Sacramento area for 15 years.  Over the years Dr. Hart has loved to help with mission projects abroad or right here in Yuba City.  Dr. Hart has a great passion for helping people. He enjoys farming and collecting art and antiques.
